Return and Refund Policy

Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, the order/s is not shipped then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.

Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

The policy will not cover some of the categories and products due to hygiene reason, perishable nature and branded products or covered under manufacturer warranty. In case of any kind of malfunction or defect on products covered under the manufacturer warranty, the item will need to be taken to the nearest service station authorized by the manufacturer. 

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons :

  • The specific product/model is out of Stock.
  • The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
  • The shipping address is not serviceable.
  • Any other reason beyond the control of


The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons:

  • Established Manufacturing defect in the product and the replacement is not possible
  • Correct product could not be delivered.

When are returns not possible?

  • There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns 
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, clothing and freebies
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
  • Any Freebies offered with the product even if it is defective as these freebies are offered free of cost and hence cannot be returned/exchanged
  • Damages due to misuse of product
  •  Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  •  Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
  • No returns on the basis of size issues shall be entertained. Kindly check all measurements before buying.
  • All specifications of the product are clearly mentioned on the website, no returns shall be entertained on the basis of non satisfaction. Kindly check all specifications before making a purchase.
  • Images of products shown on are for reference only,the color,design & appearence of the product may be slightly different. no refund could be accepted on the basis of such reasons.
  • Products damaged or used post delivery acceptance, do not qualify for the Return Policy.
  • Products such as skin care, perfumes, medicines etc is excluded due to hygiene conditions and perishable nature.
  • Policy shall not be applicable for products where the delivery time has crossed 24Hrs.
  • Products damaged during transit and delivery not accepted
  • As per points mentioned in the exclusion, we are not liable to accept the product back. Request to cancel the order and refund will not be entertained.

We mention only those features and specifications of the product that has been given by the company/brand, so is not responsible for any difference in the specifications/features mentioned against the product.Request to cancel the order and refund will not be entertained.for such issues you must contact the manufacturer.

  1. Ensure that the product is in warranty.
  2. Cancellation and refund requests for products shall not be eligible under manufacturer warranty.
  3. The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by us.
  4. Need to attach a note along with the product returned for refund. The note should clearly state your name and address, contact number, and order number. Describe the problem in your own words. Without your order details processing refund / replacement would not be possible.
  5. If the return courier awb/tracking number is not intimated to, customer support team is not eligible for refund
  6. The order returned must accompany all the accessories which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount
  7. Any charges levied as tax/octroi is not eligible for refund.
  8. For refund or cancellation,the shipping amount,reebook shipping amount and transaction charge of 3.6% will be deducted from the amount paid by customer
  9. For COD orders, the advance booking amount shall not be refunded if customer refuse to accept the delivery.
  10.  It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  11. If we find any damage to the box or its contents we can refuse your request for return/refund or exchange.


I Am Not satisfied with the product, can i return it or exchange with any other product.

We do not offer any kind of Product satisfaction gurantee and hence cannot accept any return,refund or exchange request.kindly go through the product details before placing the order.


I have changed my mind or got better deal on other website and would like to cancel my order.what do i do ?

Orders once Processed  cannot be cancelled.kindly read our cancellation policy for the circumstances under which an order can be cancelled.


If i refuse to accept the COD,will my advance payment get refunded

Cash on delivery is a high risk payment mode, in most of the cases customer initiates COD order but refuse to accept the delivery due to the reson best know to him, in such cases we have to incurr  the shipping amount,reeboking amount and packaging cost. So if you refuse to accept the delivery we can not refund you the amount you have paid for booking COD order.

Procedure to Return a Product


  • To return the product, please ensure that the product is not used.
  • Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging of the product along with its invoice.
  • Please connect with our customer care via mail, call or feedback within 24Hrs. of having received the product.
  • The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product applicable for return policy and shall take the request for refund or exchange.
  • The product should be packed in its original packing and the shipping cost has to be borne by customer.
  • Please share the airway bill number with our customer care for records and tracking.
  • The refund process will be initiated once we received the product(s).
  • We will refund the money the way the payment was made or store credit.
